How the Standard Payment Plan Works

Cancellation Policy for Standard Payment Plan

Cancel by January 15, 2026 - Full refund
(All payments made will be refunded in full.)

Cancel between January 16 and February 29, 2026 - 50 percent refund
(Fifty percent of all payments made will be refunded.
Any remaining scheduled installments will be canceled.)

Cancel after February 29, 2026 - No refunds

* All payments made are nonrefundable.

* Any unpaid installments must still be completed, as they secure your retreat reservation and room allocation.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your retreat spot to another woman or community member at no additional cost.

All transfers must be submitted in writing and approved by the Essence of Joy retreat team.

How the Payment Plan (with Deposit) Works
Reserve your spot with a smaller amount upfront, then pay the balance over time.

A $400 deposit is due at the time of purchase

- Payment 1 of 3 (one third of the remaining balance) is charged 30 days after purchase

- Payment 2 of 3 (one third of the remaining balance) is charged 60 days after purchase

- Payment 3 of 3 (one third of the remaining balance) is charged 90 days after purchase

Deposit Refund Terms

Your $400 deposit is fully refundable for up to two weeks from the date of purchase

After two weeks, the deposit becomes nonrefundable and is applied toward your total retreat cost

(You will receive a full refund of all payments made.
If you cancel within two weeks of your original purchase date, your deposit is also fully refundable.)
