Two guests sharing a queen bed in a private room within a luxury villa.

• 5 days and 4 nights at Kaaba Luum.

• Shared queen bed in private room with ensuite or nearby bath.

• Brunch and dinner daily plus snacks and herbal teas.

• All workshops, movement sessions, circles, and group excursions.

• Round trip group shuttle from Cancun airport at set times.

How the Payment Plan with Deposit Works

Deposit: $400.00

Charged at checkout

Installment 1: $1,200.00

Charged after 1 month

Installment 2:$1,200.00

Charged after 2 months

Installment 3: $1,200.00

Charged after 3 months

*Early-bird until 8/31 - Subtracts 10%

Deposit Refund Terms

• The 400 dollar deposit is fully refundable for two weeks from the date of purchase.
• After two weeks, the deposit becomes nonrefundable and is applied toward your total retreat cost.

Cancellation Policy for the Payment Plan with Deposit

Cancel on or before September 15, 2026 → Full Refund

• You will receive a full refund of all payments made.

The deposit will also be refunded if cancellation occurs within 14 days of registration.

Cancel between September 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 → 50% Refund

• You will receive a refund equal to 50% of all payments made up to the date of cancellation.

Any remaining scheduled installments will be canceled.

Cancel after October 15, 2026 → No Refund

• All payments made, including the deposit, become non-refundable.

Any remaining unpaid installments must still be completed, as your reservation, accommodations, and retreat participation have been secured on your behalf.
