• 5 days / 4 nights accommodations at Kaaba Luum Retreat Center

• Single occupancy private suite with one queen bed

• Ensuite or nearby private bathroom

• Daily brunch and dinner prepared with nourishing, wellness-centered ingredients

• Snacks, herbal teas, and refreshments throughout the retreat

• All workshops, healing experiences, movement sessions, community circles, and wellness programming

• Sound healing, embodiment practices, and restorative experiences

Charged at checkout

Installment 1: $1,333.33

Charged after 1 month

Installment 2: $1,333.33

Charged after 2 months

Installment 3: $1,333.34

Charged after 3 months

Deposit Refund Policy

Within 14 Days of Registration

• Your $400 deposit is fully refundable.

After 14 Days

• The deposit becomes non-refundable and is applied toward your retreat investment.

Cancellation Policy for the Payment Plan with Deposit

Cancel on or before September 15, 2026 → Full Refund

• You will receive a full refund of all payments made.

The deposit will also be refunded if cancellation occurs within 14 days of registration.

Cancel between September 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 → 50% Refund

• You will receive a refund equal to 50% of all payments made up to the date of cancellation.

Any remaining scheduled installments will be canceled.

Cancel after October 15, 2026 → No Refund

• All payments made, including the deposit, become non-refundable.

Any remaining unpaid installments must still be completed, as your reservation, accommodations, and retreat participation have been secured on your behalf.
