How the Payment Plan with Deposit Works
• A 400 dollar deposit is due at the time of purchase.
• Payment 1 of 3 (one third of the remaining balance) is charged 30 days after purchase.
• Payment 2 of 3 is charged 60 days after purchase.
• Payment 3 of 3 is charged 90 days after purchase.

Deposit Refund Terms
• The 400 dollar deposit is fully refundable for two weeks from the date of purchase.
• After two weeks, the deposit becomes nonrefundable and is applied toward your total retreat cost.
Cancellation Policy for the Payment Plan with Deposit
Cancel by January 15, 2026 → Full refund
You will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit if it is still within the two week refundable period.
Cancel between January 16 and February 29, 2026 → 50 percent refund
You will receive fifty percent of all payments made up to the cancellation date.
Any remaining scheduled installments will be canceled.
Cancel after February 29, 2026 → No refunds
Payments already made, including the deposit, are nonrefundable.
Any remaining unpaid installments must still be completed, as they secure your reservation.
